Last week we took a much needed and very relaxing vacation to Maui. It was Hana's first time on a plane. Mommy was a little stressed about the plane ride but Hana did great and it really helped that we had two empty seats next to us. We stayed at the Maui Prince Hotel, the same place that we stayed at 2 months after we got married. It's a little different v:acationing with a baby but we still had a great time. We kept Hana on the same Pacific Standard Time schedule so that meant waking up at 5:30 am, watching the sunrise and getting to the pool as soon as it opened. The best part was the three of us getting to spend a full week together with no distractions.

Hana is now 7 months old. She is 28.5 inches tall (100+ %). She is 17 lbs and 2 ozs (55%). She is quite active and can crawl everywhere and climb. She is able to pull herself up to a standing position if has something to hold on to. According to her doctor, Hana is not doing things 'by the book'. Typically babies learn to sit first and the crawl and climb but Hana has no clue how to sit on her own. She always wants to be moving. She is also doing more baby talk and screams when she is excited, usually when her Daddy plays with her.
